Example Calculation
**Scenario:** 5-person team for 18 months building a SaaS platform
**In-House Costs:**
- 5 × £90K average salary = £450K
- Benefits & NI (35%) = £157.5K
- Recruitment (20% first year) = £90K
- **Total: £697.5K**
**Dedicated Team Cost:**
